    The Sponsorship Toolkit is a comprehensive set of resources and courses designed to boost your sponsorship strategy for membership organisations. It includes guides, templates, training, and expert advice tailored to your unique needs.
  • What is the booking process?
    Booking online confirms your participation in our courses. We'll send a confirmation to your email address, legally binding us in accordance with English and Welsh laws. Contact us at info@thesponsorshiptoolkit.com for booking amendments.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, for secure and convenient transactions.
  • What's your refund policy?
    Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, contact our support team within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
  • What if I need to cancel?
    You can cancel without charge within 14 days from the order date. Afterward, cancellations within 45 days from the start date will incur fees.
  • Do we offer certification?
    Successful completion of our training may lead to an attendance or completion certificate. These will be supplied electronically.
  • What happens if I don't attend a course or session?
    No refunds are provided for non-attendance.
  • Can I transfer my booking?
    You may request one deferral or transfer without fee if made over 14 days before your start date. Subsequent requests will incur fees, and any fee increase is applicable from your request date. Deferral or transfer must be within 12 months of the order date.
  • How can I make a purchase?
    Purchasing from The Sponsorship Toolkit is a breeze. Simply browse our offerings, select the resources or services you need, and proceed to checkout. We accept various payment options for your convenience.
  • Can I reschedule my course or training?
    We understand schedules can change. You can reschedule a training session by notifying us at least 48 hours in advance. If rescheduling isn't possible within that timeframe you will not receive a refund.
  • What are our privacy and data policies?

  • What about IP?
    All content provided by The Sponsorship Toolkit is our intellectual property and may not be used without permission. Recording online classrooms is not allowed.
